Took awhile to set up but seems to be working fine. I don’t like that the instruction manual is online, not in the package thoug I like the tutorials that are online.
1 Star free trafic for life, but an awful GPS
I bought this GPS for my wife as a Christmas gift primarily because of the traffic information feature. After using it for several weeks including a trip to Washington DC the past week , we have concluded it simply is unusable as a tool to get from point A to point B. The positives are it is very fast at obtaining the satellite signal and it does give real time traffic information . The negative is the device is incredibly complex to use for route guidance. Amazon should quit selling this device .Unless someone wants two devices for navigation and just use this one for traffic information , that would be the only way I would recommend having a Navigon. We are experienced GPS users and this device is not competive with our two year old device.

4 Stars Pretty Good For Me
I know people have had problems with these, but I just bought one (12-08) and so far have really liked the device overall. The only time I have had a problem getting a signal quickly is when I am inside or not moving. The 3D view is the way to go and I really love being able to see the different icons for the businesses while I am driving; they are easier to recognize and you don’t have to read them to know what they are so you pay more attention to the road.

I was a bit apprehensive when I purchased this one. But all my concerns were laid to rest when I started using it.
Pros:
– Quick satellite acquisition
– Reroutes within a matter of seconds
– Has millions of POIs. Even the local Burger King is listed.
– Free traffic updates for life. This is a wonderful feature. It saved me lots time when I was on holiday in Miami, FL.
– Pocket-sized, easy to carry.
Cons:
– It hanged a couple of times. I had to reboot it and it worked fine after that. But this happened in the first week of my purchase and hasn’t happened to be ever since.
In all, this is a no frills GPS which does its job very well. I highly recommend it.
